With the MS70 CDR, I could create a harmonizer patch by combining several pitch shifters (thirds, fifths and sevenths) and maintain very good sound quality. I can't do this anymore with the new CDR+, the sound is muddled and unusable. My hypothesis is that with the old CDR, the effects are added in parallel, i.e. the third, fifth and 7th are defined in relation to the base note played, whereas on the new CDR+, the effects seem to be added in series, i.e. the fifth is defined in relation to the third preceding it etc. instead of the note played. Any user could confirm this?
"Great choice with the MS70 CDR+ patch composition! It's always exciting to explore the rich tones and textures this patch can create." https://austintrim.co/
